Before processing starts
Refund requests may be considered before order processing starts. Customers should contact Offera support as soon as possible with their PayPal order reference and checkout email.
After delivery or activation
Once a subscription, account, invite, license, or access has been delivered or activated, refunds may not be available. This is because many digital subscription offers become usable immediately after delivery.
Delivery issues
Refunds may be reviewed if delivery fails, if the delivered offer materially differs from the selected plan, or if Offera cannot complete the order after payment. Review outcomes may depend on seller availability, product type, region, and verification details.
Marketplace variability
Marketplace prices, availability, delivery timing, seller inventory, and eligible plans may vary. Offera will communicate with the customer when an order cannot be completed as selected.
