This policy explains what information Offera collects and how it is used to process marketplace orders and support requests.
Information collected
Offera may collect information submitted during checkout, contact requests, and seller applications, including name, email, phone, country, selected product, selected plan, billing type, marketplace price, message or notes, payment status, and payment or order references.
Payments and card details
PayPal handles payment approval and capture for checkout. Offera stores PayPal order and capture references, but Offera does not store full card details or full PayPal account credentials.
How data is used
Offera uses submitted information for order processing, marketplace support, customer communication, seller routing, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and operational recordkeeping.
Offera may contact customers by email or WhatsApp about order status, delivery follow-up, support questions, or important marketplace updates related to a request.
Service providers
Order, checkout, contact, and admin data may be stored in Supabase. Email notifications, including order confirmations and admin alerts, may be sent through Resend. PayPal processes payment information according to PayPal's own policies.
